Over the course of our 45 years of experience, we felt the recruiting and staffing part of the business environment had become stagnant, with most recruiting and staffing firms trying to fill a void as quickly as possible without any candidate vetting. This often wastes the hiring company’s time as well as the candidate’s time. We chose to change that.
